"Don't live here. The building manager is rude and she's not in the office all the time. Yes it is a fast process if you are trying to get a apartment right away but the deposit you will pay, they will make sure you will get almost none of it when you decided you want to leave. PLUS we had to pay the remaining dates of the last month before our contract ends even though we didnt live there anymore. Make sure you read the lease before you sign and make sure your lease end on the end of the month to avoid charges. Totally not worth it!"

"Dear developer, I and my husband do not like the staff here. Really unfriendly and rude, especially the woman who works in the leasing office. You know who I am talking about. She does not want to talk to any customer except the person she talks to on the phone every time. She is always away and escapes from her work. She just told us to tour the apartment to ourselves in a rude and condenscing tone. This is harmful for your business because it drives potential tenants away. Trust me on this because I grew up in a family that owns a business and we get rid of the people who does not perform well because it is a waste of money. I hope your business does the same. I never experienced that on the other 10+ apartments that I went to. Seriously, why hire these type of people if they can be replaced by hard working ones?"

"They have no agent available to tour around the apartment. It has been days since we are waiting. Other apartment developers always have available staff that can tour you around once you come in.. on this, they will not entertain you. Its new but I don't think this business will suceed.They want you to submit application without even seeing the apartment."
