"The door was sticking and had a problem locking from outside. The door kept opening after you closed the door, had to keep messing with the door handle so it would stay shut when we went somewhere. The Continental Breakfast was a Soft & Chewy Granola Bar, and cup of coffee."
"Stayed here for 1 night. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and hot shower. Don't expect continental breakfast. The "breakfast" offered was coffee and chewy granola bars. The motel is right next to a 7/11, which is convenient."
"Just asked a question about what time breakfast was. He told me and when i said good night. He instead hangs up the phone with an attitude. Look you work here and need to be professional and have people skills. Learn how to communicate. Because getting reviews like this won't bring costumers. Be polite there was no need to slam the phone to hang up on me. It was pretty loud in my hear and now I got my ear ringing!! It's annoying and if the ringing in my ear doesn't stop. I will be speaking to your manager by early morning."
"I am really pleased with their service. Hotel room service every day. Sheet and towels were replaced. Everyday beds were as well. Perfect location mall down the block. Restaurants around the hotels. Definitely will consider this hotel next time."
