"I never moved here but the previous manager around a month ago told me I could start the process before they beat me to it and pay just the aplication fee $60 and deposit fee $100 and totally refundable if I didn’t finish the process and ended up going elsewhere I trusted and did the process, then later on when in person bc I never ended up moving here waiting for my money back to the card I originally paid with, I gave it time after time until I was able to speak to the new manager so he said and told me they would only refund the 100 amount, asked me for my address to send a check, never received anything back seemed I was scammed? It’s so weird bc I didn’t expect that since I was going to do the process in person and met the people, still waiting for my money!! I can’t just give out free money to apartments I’m applying for and this situation is super stressful already.Still no refund !! Wow"

"Do not be fooled by the advertisements. If you work from home or take online classes or expect to sleep at night. DO NOT move here!!! It’s noisy EXTREMELY noisy. If you view an apartment it’s always when kids are at school, while it looks clean and portrays as quiet. Once 4pm hits peace is done and over with. Kids scream and run all over the complex while leaving trash everywhere. They also like to play knock and run. People sit in cars till 3am playing loud music. You’re lucky if the laundry is open, if it’s open it’s full of rotting garbage because people don’t want to walk to the dumpster .Dumpster overflow often. There is no playground. Three fires in one year, with two happening months apart, displacing tenants. The resident facilitator is selective on what issues he addresses, is rude and talks to you as if you’re beneath him. The supervisor above management is selective as well and lacks professional and communication skills. This is a MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK type of place. It looks great inside your apartment and that’s the only thing great. If you’re ok with giving up your peace then this is the place for you. It’s gated but not secure, anyone can come in and mess with or try to steal your car. I’m leaving this review to warn people. Don’t tell me to call Lay, he does nothing for those who live beneath his status."

"Manager is rarely here. Work orders for repairs takes weeks. People play loud music hours on end. A tenant has been playing loud surround sound over 10hrs now. People have their own cameras mounted outside, invading other peoples privacy. If your appliances stop working they will replace it with a down grade of something used and smaller. They send notices with rules but pick and choose who has to follow them. Security gates aren’t secure and so called security does nothing when called."

"We seem to have a roach infestation and property management doesn’t do anything to kill them, we’ve had to waste a lot of money on roach killing products but nothing works, im scared for my infants health. Nothing kills the roaches!! They need to exterminate the apartment complex professionally but they don’t seem to care even though we’ve told them varies times about this problem"

"The manager of this property has a bad attitude and poor management. She told us that the apartment will be ready on the end of July, we filled the application and gave her the security deposit on July 15th. At the July 27 or 28 I called her in order to make appointment for signing the contract she told me that the apartment is not ready and said that it will be ready on August 15th. Later on August 12 she told me that it would not be ready on August 15, at mean time she told us that there is another apartment which be ready on 14 or 15th of August. I accepted that I well take it. I came back with my staffs on August 15th waiting in front of her office for a while she came and said this apartment is not ready will be ready on August 17. I told her that what is going on and want her more explanation, she gave me my security deposit and said in a very bad attitude that I can go some where else. Oh my god I did not see such a bad attitude from a lady in my life."
