"I used to live in these apartments. A garage and washer and dryer hookups were a plus. I didnt have a roach problem. I try to be proactive about roaches in apartments. You never know how your neighbors live. If I needed anywork done in my apartment it was always fixed in a timely manner. The managers were great! They have to deal with a lot of different personalities. Ive seen it. It isnt an easy job. I followed the rules and tried to make sure my kids did the same when they played outside."

"Constantly fighting off Roaches. This place is infested. I lived in two different buildings in this apartment and both had roach problems. We even had weekly treatments for three months with no improvement. Another problem with this place is the parking. To many people parking their cars here and no place to park at night. Sometimes have to park several blocks away."

"If I could give this apartment a rating lower than 1 star, I would. Why? Too many roaches and other bugs. I've tried doing everything to make them stay away. Sprays, roach traps, etc. They still cane back. I asked the landlord and apartment manager for an extermimator 3 times and they only came once. That's the biggest problem thing about this place. So many roaches there They should help with the rent. Another reason is that the drains are very clogged. I used draino to unclog them and it worked, kind of. Still a little clogged. Main reasons are those. Yeah, horrible place."

"Do not be fooled by the pictures or even by the model of apartment you come to see on the property. From on hands experience they do a terrific job in convincing you that the apartment has brand new rug, recently painted, and is in great condition. They never tell you that they have the biggest infestation of ROACHES!!! Yes, its disgusting. When you call the manager and tell them the issue they act as if its the first time they have heard about it. They tell you that they will send the pest control to fumigate and that will fix your issues. Little do you know that will not. After talking with other tenants that lived here more they described the same issue ROACHES. The worst part about it is that the Managers do not follow up with the tenants to see if the issue has been resolved. Poor customer service on their part. I have recently moved out of this complex. I wanted to make sure that other viewers are not fooled and you get the real insider on this property. Besides the Roach issue you always fight for parking at night since their is no assigned parking."
