"I've lived in Yucaipa Terrace in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 525 sq. ft. handicapped apartment 24-1/2 years. I have a hospital bed, power wheelchair and quad cane. My carpet is 34 years old, holes in the carpet and patched. All other apartments have had new carpets installed several years ago. No repairs have been made in my apartment for several years. I'm 86 and I cannot afford to move."

"This is a senior living residence. The building maintenance on the single story town homes. Are not maintained. My lady I care for has been living there some 15 years. It's been that long since they did anything to the inside of her rented place. Management suchs as far as personality or characteristics. Or just plain humanity...he has none. It's located on 4th Ave I believe in yuc. Nice exterior folage and yards for the presentation of available condos. But heck if they do any maintenance after u move in."
