"You must be a senior to live here but it's very clean, beautiful, and has a gym and pool. It is for low income. I came to see my friend and was very impressed. Each resident has an assigned parking place and the complex is located in a good area!"

"Beautiful, safe and comfortable.This is my updated review. I stand by beautiful and safe but comfortable is a thing of the past. Our manager disappeared a few months ago. There was a memo disbursed saying only that he no longer works here. The next thing we knew our maintenance man was gone too. No explaination for that. However, we now have no manager, no maintenance man and no way to contact anyone. The office phone has an outgoing message that you've reached Horizens but takes no messages. Today I called the corprate office because I have a maintenance need and the message said dial 0 for operator but when I dialed 0 I got another nessage saying leave a nessage. So, I retract my assessment that it is comfortable. It is comfortable only until you have a need and then it's "Oh well"."

"I live here. The pool is cold. There is no exercise room. Our upstairs neighbors are very noisy, they do alot of babysitting & I think they forget it's a "senior" complex. It's not peaceful & quiet. The kitchen is very dark, no windows. The laundry rooms are really dirty. The bedrooms are a decent size, nice closets & bathrooms. We are currently looking for a new place to live."

"Brand new senior complex in which I am on the waiting list. I was able to see a 1 bedroom and it's pretty spacious. The mountain view is spectacular. The wait is on."
