"Super rude at the front desk . They can talk back to you right in front of your face. They are putting on hold without even saying anything , then after 20 Mins they pick up the phone and I put them on a speaker because I had things to do , they hung up before I was able to reply. The nurses are measuring baby’s head for 20 mins 5 times asking each other to remeasure . You are working and doing it every day , you can’t measure it from the 1st time or ok 2d time ? Why teasing the baby 5 times ! One time the nurse was about to give my daughter vaccines that were not her age . I was able to prevent her . The staff has to be better trained for sure . P.s The person on the phone does NOT know who is calling and they put you on HOLD, while being rude , BEFORE you ask any question. The consent was asked over the email that was suggested by the office before , that’s why the below reply is irrelevant and carries misinformation. You did not reply about incorrect vaccines that have to be checked prior to coming to put them into the baby . Incorrect vaccines being put into the baby’s organism may cary unprecedented consequences .I just needed to bring your attention to what I have experience while being at the office . Thank you ."

"Doctor Samuel and Marina Burstein's office is the best one by far. First of all, the office staff is always excellent and welcoming, and they are always ready to answer any questions I have. I have never had an encounter where I had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. The office manager Mila is always ready to help and take care of any insurance questions.
