They genuinely have your child’s best interest at heart. I also like that someone answers the phone each time I call with limited hold times. I’ve never had a problem making a timely appointment with my provider of choice, which is Dr. Rubin. Dr. Rubin is amazing and very warm hearted. For the first time, my kids LOVE going to the doctor. Of course, they enjoy the treats and gifts given after their appointments, but Dr. Rubin listens and cares about my kids. She engages them in conversation and reciprocates/shares information to make them feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about Conejo Children’s. And I also appreciate seeing Karen at the front desk during every visit; it’s nice seeing a familiar face each time we walk in that knows you by name. "This entire office is fantastic! I have 4 children and have seen every doctor at various times. They have been so accommodating through the last couple years with some health struggles my daughter was born with. Dr. Melman sees my younger kids and my 12 year old decided to see a female as she got older and sees Dr. Valance. Both are wonderful! Can't recommend them highly enough!"
