"Went there this morning at 9am for a prescription that should have been ready for pick-up. Was told they would move it to in-store and would be ready in 15 minutes. Came back 25 minutes later, lady that I had spoke with originally did not even put it in the system that I was there waiting! Shout out to the male pharmacist that was there today that instead of telling me to come back in another 15 minutes, just went back and filled the prescription right away. THAT is customer service! (also why I am giving 5 stars). Lady that was chewing gum while working (totally unprofessional) deserves 2 stars. Though she was fast at looking up medications and checking others out (only reason for 2 stars), did not double check to make sure it was submitted correctly."

"Other pharmacies I've had experiences with seem to believe it's ok to tell you you're prescription will be delivered in a week or so ... we will give you a call when we get around to it... Walmart cares. They typically have my prescriptions ready same day or next day. Then they help me find products I need in the over the counter Pharmacy isles if I need assistance. They're always polite and although they are busy they still do a great job."

When I finally got a hold of someone, it was the chief of medicine who has a real attitude problem. She could use a lesson in customer service. No, I’ve never been to Walmart pharmacy, and there’s no need to be condescending and rude about it."
