"45th Parallel was our wedding reception venue; Lindsay & staff were an absolute pleasure to work with! Everything went smoothly from the very first meeting, right down to all the minute details. I especially loved that they were the "whole package" with food, *exceptional* drinks, bartenders, waiter staff, late night pizza, etc. - it made wedding planning so much simpler. On our special day, because of Lindsay's excellent planning, I truly got to focus on my new husband, my guests, and living in the moment."

"The wood fired pizzas are absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend eating a pizza before taking a tour. Our tour guide, Tobias, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of distilling in the US and 45th Parallel. He also shared their sustainability efforts and the commitment to the community! There is enough information that you could go back and take the tour multiple times and retain something new each time. And that is what I plan to do! The tour lasted about an hour then we taste tested all of their spirits. However, next time I will pay to upgrade for the cocktails instead of just the spirits. The bar/restaurant is also a nice place to go out for a few drinks and a meal."

"Some friends and I just did a tour and tasting at the distillery, and it was so much fun! I’ve never done anything like that before. Tobias was a fantastic tour guide. He did a really great job bringing to life the story of the company’s beginnings to now, and shining light on the company’s passion to bring forth quality products. I was impressed. Additionally, the Reuben sandwich on the lunch special and their Bloody Mary was absolutely amazing. I’ll be back!"

"We went as a group of 6 for brunch then a brewery tour. If I could give 10 stars I would. Our waiter at brunch gave us amazing recommendations. The cocktails and food were unreal, I would recommend the flat breads and the Bees knees was my favorite cocktail. We then went with Steve on the tour of the distillery...... what a character and well worth it. His stories are hilarious and obviously loves giving the tours. I will be back!"

"We went for a tour & tasting on a Friday evening. The place was packed and buzzing with excitement with 2 events happening at the same time. But you would never know as everyone was happy and calm and having such a great time! The property is gorgeous to start off with. We had a fantastic tour and tasting! We took a drink along and enjoyed every minute of it. Great merch store and selection where we spent some money! We also enjoyed dinner afterwards which was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!"
