"I watch the property manager come out and tell the individual today that they were trust passing. Great job having the police involved. Being that this was an invasion of tenants privacy and those fake street vendors activist claimed that they were invited by tenants who live on the property, I am sure Management will have cause to evict those tenants who invited these people onto the property to harass and make threats of bodily harm as well as attempting to destroy a white Honda Accorde parked in stall 140 assuming it belong to a tenants. Under California law and renters rights this mans rights were violated. The tenant who invited these people there and claim and stated they are their guests care responsible for their actions. Legal action should be taken upon Management if Management does not hold those tenants accountable for community violation upon said tenants. Every tenants has a right to call the police for any situation and should not become intimate or harass other tenants with a mob banging on the door to commit violence or harass other tenants. Those are grounds for eviction of any tenants who participated. Our team will pay close attention to this situation and make sure Vio Tustin proceeds with holding tenants accountable. Also Vio Tustin should file restraining orders on each individual who came onto the property with cameras recording inside the man over by placing the Camara over his balcony. That is against the law and violation of tenants privacy. If Vio Tustin doesn't take action we will be gladly to help this tenants file the proper lawsuit and action against this Management company. All video from the live video feed has been recording as burden of proof shown will hold up in court. I will instruct you Vio Tustin to work with your legal team in this matter as thousands of people have views what took place today in violation of said tenants rights."
