"I’ve been at McFadden Village Apartments for two years and have loved my experience. The grounds are clean and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the property manager, Andreea is very kind and responsive. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a good living experience. Though I’m moving away for personal reason, I will definitely miss my apartment and the community. This is a great place to live!"

"We love living here! The grounds are so lush and beautiful, and always clean, which is a plus! There are three laundry facilities, so there is always laundry machines available. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym are nice and well maintained. Our apartment got a lot of renovations before we moved in, and we really like it! This apartment complex is a great place to live. IT'S SO QUIET HERE. There are a lot of dog owners too. Its surrounded by restaurants that you can walk to, some literally across the street. You can walk to parks and grocery stores. The manager, Andrea, is amazing! She is quick to respond to issues and takes care of the residents. She's one of the reasons why we decided on living here. A good manager makes or breaks an apartment complex. She addresses any issues right away and is a quick communicator. The owners aren't stingy and will take care of issues and the residents right away. This is a huge plus. My husband and I have lived in many different apartments over the years, and we are the happiest living here because of how nice it is due to location, the property, management, and ownership. I imagine we will be here until we eventually buy a home. The rent is absolutely reasonable, and the amenities are great! I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a nice dog and likes to live in a quiet place."

"I lived in these apartments for 3 years, I only moved out because I purchased my own place. If I had to keep renting, I would absolutely have stayed. The community is amazing. Everyone that lives there is very friendly and makes great neighbors. Because there are only 1bd/studio apartments, it's very quiet and peaceful. The on-site manager Andrea is wonderful. She's friendly and extremely considerate of the community. She was always very responsive to any issues I had (roof leaks, replacing a/c, fixing door, more roof leaks) and made sure to get things handled asap. I would say my biggest complaint is the lack of central a/c. There's a wall unit in the living room but you need to figure out some way to handle heat in the bedroom during the summers. But for the rental price and the great community, it's definitely worth living here."

"My husband and I lived here from October 2017 - May 2023 with our dog and cat. The ONLY reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of the state for work. The manager and grounds workers are nice, friendly, and responsive to questions and work orders. I 100% recommend this apartment community to anyone looking. It's a quiet, pretty area with great amenities like a clean pool, updated gym, garages, and assigned parking spots. If our circumstances allow, I'd love to move back here again!"

"Property Manager is really polite, and very responsive. Grounds are well maintained and maintenance calls are handled swiftly. Cozy space to live,by far my best living experience in Orange County. Did receive my deposit back promptly and breakdown of any deductions."
