"Today I learned something here at coribean cove apartments. The leasing office especially the manager are very awesome people. They saved me and my dogs from being on the streets. All these reviews people can say what they want. But today I learned that they really do care. And they just got to do there job and don't mean no hard feelings when push comes to shove with them. But I truly respect them and thankful for them. And if you live here. Any problems talk to them they will listen. I'm just very happy that they helped us out . Thank you coribean cove. "DO NOT!! Move Here !! Unless you’re fresh out of jail or section 8 - this is the worse place I’ve ever lived and, I’ve lived in Detroit and LA. Major bug problem , no matter what they tell you. Very loud at all times of day and night. Limited hot water!! The few amenities they offer are always “under repairs.” No cameras or security of any kind so riff raf are able to loiter onto property regularly. Every month they “must” come into apartment and inspect for the fakest reasoning. You’re unable to receive packages that don’t fit into mailbox. Joe’s Italian Ice customers make it impossible to enter/exit at night. Worse than all that, is management is like talking to a petting zoo and expecting answers. Save yourself the stress and headache"
