"Honestly, i live here for about 5 years and those people that are leaving those good reviews dont even exist, never seen them in the apartments. The apartment is pretty small, so we all know each other. All the neighbors are great and nice, the only one that make it bad is Evelyn the manager. She acts like she owns the place. But when you ask for something, she literally says she is to tired and stress out. Everyone, i mean everyone has problems with here, she belittles people because most of my neighbors dont speak english to well. She needs to take some social skills class. And humble herself. Beach front management needs to find someone who is capable of running this place. Also cameras dont even record. So whats the point of that, the washer and dryers are always broken. They fix them and they break after a week or two. They are over ten years old. I really hope we get a new responsible and friendly manger soon or people will continue to leave."

"Well I’m tenant here... and feeling frustrated of doing laundry every week... the dryers were broken for months without any action from the manager side even we reported several times...well the manager have their own laundry room so they don’t care abt all the other tenants here! 1 hour later... we got a memo of maintaining limitation because of the COVID-19 from the manager...what a good excuse after several months of maintaining delayed! We’re the tenants who have to call the maintenance by ourselves several times and waste a lot of money on these dryers week after week. Now all dryers are completely broken... and nobody know when it’s going to be fixed!"
