"The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that the window shades didn’t block out the light of the parking lot lights."

"The only complaint at this hotel was that our remote control for the TV was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t realize it until I picked it up. It was greasy and covered in - what I assume was - powdered sugar. It was not a great start to our stay, but I honestly don’t have any other concerns. Possibly just an oversight by housekeeping. It happens. The check in process was very quick and easy and the person who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. Check out was easy, too. Breakfast had a decent variety of food, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The hallways and single elevator were quite busy, but if you use the stairs you’d be okay."

"Great hotel! Very accommodating, we were traveling with our dog and Quality Inn is about the only hotel we could find that allows pets in the area. The hotel charges $35 per dog, which is reasonable. One of our room chairs were broken upon check in and the staff replaced it immediately. Highly recommend."

"I stayed at this hotel for my recent business trip. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly! I received the best service at this hotel! Sunny, the hotel owner, was such a nice person! He ran to a store for me to buy towels when I checked in since I am allergic to some laundry detergents. I might have been okay with the towels in my room, but he bought me new ones just in case. I was treated with tremendous hospitality at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for vacations, business, or any occasion."

"Service was okay, as the receptionist didn’t really care a lot. Pool was good, we found a couple treasures at the bottom. Our room was decent. We were called for a noise complaint from the room below us which was quite disappointing because we were put on the 3rd floor with 3 kids. There was not any noise much at all. Overall our stay was decent for the price, but could have been better. We did enjoy breakfast, there was a nice variety of foods to choose from."
