"Their rating is negative infinity stars! Someone comatose or dead would be more helpful than the quacks who have the nerve to claim to work at this place! They do absolutely nothing for patients but put them in these completely worthless groups or classes that are so unhelpful it is almost humorous. One of these socalled doctors, Lou Lospargato, tricked me & told me their intensive outpatient therapy was one on one & was instead a group. Just to get me to sign up! I refused to go because he blatantly lied, then I got billed anyway. They will not give one on one, even if legally required to! After researching I discovered their groups have less than a 5% success rate. And another of their quacks, Jeffrey Friend, actually cussed me out when I told him Kaiser did nothing to help! They tried to charge me $900 for their laughable socalled services. Eventually I settled with them for $100 that I wish I had paid them in pennies! I eventually I reported them to the medical board. Go to that hot place Kaiser psych on Morse Avenue!"
