"I lived here for 3 1/2 years and the first 2 years were great. Then management changed and it went downhill. It seems like the new manager doesn't know how to treat seniors especially if they are smokers. She came to my apartment, accused me of smoking in my apartment and gave me a 60 day notice 2 weeks before Christmas. I was devastated. I believe she had a personal vendetta against me. Because of this, I did not get my $1200 security deposit back. Fortunately, I found an apartment and I have to say, it was the best move I have ever made. Since I moved, there have been several others that have moved, some that have only been there a matter of months. If you are a senior, especially if you smoke, I don't recommend that you move here. You may get evicted because she smelled something."

"My dad lived there for 9 years and really liked it. The facility is nice and well kept. He had no problems while he was there. The staff and management was very nice. Nice pool and jacuzzi, laundry room is fine. Covered parking is nice. Vons and other stores within walking distance."

"Great place, fantastic location. Bus stop is in front of the building. Vons/Starbucks , Right Aid and a bunch of other little stores, restaurants, and bank/ ATM are next door or across the street."
