"I absolutely love Avalon Simi Valley the staff are so friendly and very helpful and kind it’s a very nice quiet community with a very family oriented environment buildings are very clean and well-kept up I absolutely love our apartment it’s beautiful and nice Marjorie Diana and all the people in the office are absolutely wonderful and so accommodating I have disabilities and need accommodations and they are more than happy to assist me when I need help we have a fantastic maintenance department that fixes everything right away my refrigerator broke yesterday and they came less than 24 hours to fix it this is what I call service this is a wonderful place to call home I would stay here forever if I could it is amazing beautiful pool gym there’s everything I need here to call it my forever home thank you Avalon Simi valley this is our second lease and it’s just wonderful"

"The maintenance crew, are the only upside here. They are positive, punctual, and professional. However the front office crew is rarely ever in the office. I call them multiple times and usually don't get a reply in a timely manner. They may be understaffed, but someone should always be in the front office to answer customers! Also the rent here RISES!!!! Every year we haft to pay another $150 to $200 stacking!!!! If it weren't for the maintenance crew I would not recommend coming here"

"Living here since 2020 it’s really nice. The amenities, gym club house, pools, jacuzzi, everything is well kept up, and Amazon lockers. Having a garage is a plus because parking can get full but they are working on improving that process. Maintenance request are answered in a timely manner. The counter tops are starting to peel in the kitchen it looks nice but remember its laminate. Appliances are really loud but nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. I live in a unto facing the mountains which is nice. The grounds are really nice and kept up they have to send out reminders and tell people to clean up after their pet, it shows that they are about keeping it nice and clean. There is no garbage disposal even though there is a switch and sound of one learned that the hard way. Now the cons for me not for everyone they are putting in hardwood floors I have carpet so I hear everything from my neighbors above me and they have a kid they let run around so having peace in my home no longer exist. So if you can get a 3rd floor unit definitely go that route I will never again live below someone with hard would floors."

"I've been here for a year now and I'll say that this is a very wonderful and blessed place to live. I have to give huge thanks to Marjorie for going to lengths in order to accommodate my application. They're very helpful and attentive in a personable way. Despite how busy the leasing office can be, when they are available I've always been met with friendliness and a welcoming vibe. The maintenance workers have a great attitude and have always been happy to assist with any issues that I've had. Convenient amenities are always clean and presentable, the property is so secure and safe, it is easy to feel good coming home from work to such a comfortable and convenient home, and knowing that I can talk about anything with the leasing office and maintenance crew. They've shown a lot of empathy in ways that create a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is well kept here, and a part of the reason for my interest was the beautiful architecture and super convenient layout of the apartment."

Every time I have submitted a request Angel comes in with a smiling face and he’s in and out in minutes always fixing everything.
