"I went to Madison Medispa, unsure what to expect and super nervous. When I got there, staff greeted me and got me back to see Angie right away. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire experience and provided answers to all questions I had. She took her time to ensure I understood the procedure and gave me the cost of everything up front. She never pushed me to buy more product, and actually did the opposite, stating “we can always add more, but we can’t take any away”. She followed up with me personally the next day to ask me how I was doing. I am extremely pleased with my results. I went back for a follow-up appointment, and became even more pleased after that visit. I will be returning to see Angie and I will be scheduling other procedures as well.
