"I neglected to vheck-in online, when the wait time was only 28 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry anyway, so when I got there, it had grown to an hour. I had some shopping to do at the nearby Metro Market, and when I returned, I was in a chair in only a few minutes. Timed it right I guess. Very friendly staff, clean and bright inside, and an excellent haircut. The stylist even trimmed my eyebrows!"

"About two weeks ago I called this store on a Monday morning asking to make an appointment, only to find out this store apparently does not take appointments. That was fine, I told the woman on the phone I’d try to be in from 3-4pm but now this store closes at 3:00pm on Monday’s which does not match the hours listed online. Later in the day I managed to leave my job EARLY to try to get a haircut. When I arrived the same woman who I talked to on the phone told me it was an hour wait, which was fine. I explained to her that I had an hour to wait but it felt like she was back-tracking by telling me the list was full and I had to be on said list to get a haircut. I always tip at LEAST $10 for any hair cut I get, but obviously she didn’t want my money. That was the the last straw. I can’t make an appointment but I have to be on a list to get a haircut? That’s ridiculous, this is supposed to be a walk-in salon and I was especially frustrated because it is one of the only places in Waunakee I can get my haircut for under $50. I work in customer service and food service so i understand the staffing situation across the nation, but there were no excuses at this point. Will not ever try to get my haircut ever again.
