"Do Not get extensions at Ecco. I had a consult for extensions but not with the person doing my extensions. I went and ordered 22.5 inch extensions (2 boxes for $0000), and when I went to have them put in, they cut off 6 inches of the extensions because they couldn't blend them. I could have just purchased the 18-inch extensions for cheaper. They only used one box of extensions, so wasted money on two boxes (I did get the 2nd box back). Had my first application done, and I had strings and beads coming out. Management got me in the next day, and I sat for 4 hours while they placed them in again. They stayed in for 6 weeks. Nicole put them in again and did a color. Left dye on my skin (didn't use barrier cream). I had 3 rows of extensions (should only have 2 rows). 3rd row kept having problems, but I was told I did something wrong. Nope, Nicole wasn't supposed to have a 3rd row in my hair. After having them taken out because she didn't have time to fix them for 4 weeks. Had them placed again and had one row that the string broke and got charged $50 for 15 minutes of service to tie up a row that wasn't supposed to be there. This was just a joke and cost me $2800, and I didn't even have them in for 6 months. There was a lot more than that that happened and is too much to get into. I will say management was aware and did try to help resolve the problem and credited my account. However, the problem was with the stylist or so-called "expert." I found a better "expert " for much cheaper. The pictures are of the dye on my head and the crooked 3rd row extensions that weren't supposed to be placed at all and not below my occipital bone."

"Dayton did an outstanding job on my hair! I was transitioning from a grown out blonde that was quite warm in tone and I was ready to finally go back to my ashy natural brown. She absolutely nailed it. I’ve been wanting cool/ashy tones for a while now and she was able to pull it off and exceeded my expectations. The cut she did on my hair came out amazing as well. She was personable and welcoming and made me feel comfortable in the salon. She told me what she was doing the entire time and never left me second guessing. On top of that, I feel like it’s very honest pricing and I appreciate that. After having hair I wasn’t a fan of for months I can confidently say I’m happy with my hair again all thanks to Dayton. This is the first and definitely not the last time I will be booking with her. I cannot recommend her enough. :)"
