"It gets one star because they upgraded the apt. before we moved in....however, even with the "double pane" windows they inconvenienced us to install, they still don't reduce the noise as promised. These apartments are terribly insulated, you can hear residents from other apartments talking while in your own apartment. Not to mention the instrument players, or anyone that plays music! They installed a front gate for security, but it always has problems, it stops working time to time. They hire gardeners to landscape fake "grass" but they are here twice a week, so be prepared to hear leaf blowers at least twice a week or more. Besides the central location close to everything, these apartments are ok if YOU HAVE , to live here. Ohh let's not forget the managers who like to harass the residents for stupid little things, like, "don't park by office". The management here is terrible, so glad to leave!"

"Decent quality apartment but the management and owners are awful. I had to send the same documents 3 times to the office workers and they kept insisting I hadn't previously sent them even though I had physically handed them in and had emails documenting me sending them again. The owner is extremely rude, will not even let you get a sentence out and adds in his personal opinions which are extremely outlandish and inappropriate, all based on his own false assumptions. He is very unprofessional. Their staff made me very uncomfortable, certainly not worth living there. The carpeting they put down is not well installed, I found/was stabbed in the foot with 32 different staples over the 9 months I lived there. The balconies are not well constructed either. They also have a HUGE ant problem in the summer and it will take them over a week to get someone in to spray for them."

"You'll only know this once you live here. It's truly marvelous and I'd hate to leave this place. Aside from the amenities, you'll be very impressed by: 1.) Fast response and quality maintenance. They're always working really hard! 2.) Friendly managers who are professional yet flexible. I've never met anyone like Yomey (one of the managers). 3.) Up-to-date and CLEAN property. They always clean and upgrade the area and you'll definitely see the difference. 4.) Quiet and safe neighborhood. 5.) Great location: Target, Ralph's, Cvs, Starbucks, In and out, Panda Express, etc. 6.) Quick access to highways."
