"I would have given 5 stars across the board but I waited 3 days before maintenance. I understand it was New Year's Eve and New Year's Day and maintenance was done one the 2nd but I moved and this is the 1st time calling so I have no previous experience. All in all everything is great!"

"As soon as my upstairs neighbors moved out, I was infested with roaches. I wasn’t able to sleep in my bedroom for two weeks and they were everywhere and there has been no light in the back for a month and someone is going to get hurt or they are setting up for a robbery Either way it’s very scary and I have reported it over and over and over again but nobody is fixing it"

"Wonderful experience! Staff were excellent throughout and everyone was professional and communicated well. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The online application process was very easy and impressive how thorough it was. So happy to be at this property!"

"Good amenities and very pet friendly (But some residents don’t pick up after their dog after management repeatedly enforces it, and provides Numerous Fido Houses). Location is great too, next to 2 main shopping centers where you can take a walk instead of driving. During COVID times morning Zoom calls were virtually impossible with the leafblower people walking around. Neighbors were often loud, litter, shopping carts left places. Didn’t like my neighbors much and we mostly kept to ourselves, especially during COVID."
