"My son was a patient for several years and had a positive experience. My son has many health issues and a severe autoimmune disease. He gets IVIG and Chemo treatments. Never once did this doctor mention vaccines at any visit. Then at the beginning of the pandemic they sent a letter saying he was being dropped for not being up to date. Very unprofessional to drop my son with extreme medical needs and during a pandemic making it difficult to find a new doctor and without even discussing if he could safely be vaccinated. Again my son was a patient here for years and never once did the doctor suggest he get any further vaccine before being sent a letter they are dropping him. When I called I was told it's a new contract and sadly if vaccines were unsafe for my son then he could not be a patient there. I tried to explain the doctor never once offered any vaccine. I never declined so should we have an appointment? She pretty much said it's not the place for him since he can't be up to date."

"Dr Mackey is a family Dr who we trust fully, my sister has her two kids seeing him and I have two kids seeing him as well. One of my kids is Autistic and visually impaired and I am very satisfied with how he handles them both. He makes emergency same day appointments when possible before 11 and it has saved us in many scary situations. He is pro vaccination which we love and even has an isolation room if anyone he sees is contagious. I'd refer anyone who has kids to Dr Mackey!"

"What an amazing staff, everyone from the front desk to doctors. If you are a wreck because you have a sick child they will fit you in the same day. They always have a doctor on call to answer any of those late night or after hours concerns. Sometimes just being able to talk to a doctor over the phone makes you feel so much better."

"Dr Mackey's office is very clean and organized. They are very good with scheduling their patients and if you are late for more than 15 minutes, they will reschedule your appointment to not let the patient next to you wait if they are busy. As a result, when it is my time to bring my kids to go see him, we almost never have to wait. He is very straightforward but also patient to all my questions during visits. He is calm and confident and is gentle with kids. We live in Corona and takes us about 30 minutes to get to his office (without traffic) but very worth the drive because he is truly the best!"
