Loose Leaf takes care of advertising, lease preparation, and walks through the property every six months. They track expenses and send us income checks in a timely manner. On occasion, I have rejected bids from repair people they initially recommended, because I felt they were inflated. Loose Leaf staff are personable, courteous and professional. I have found all of the staff to be really positive, friendly, and helpful. They quickly found us great tenants that signed a 2 year lease and for the price we were asking. At the beginning of each month I get a notification from the app letting me know that the rent money is on its way to my bank account and at the end of the year they provide a statement to help with getting taxes done.
