Hilton Garden Inn Fremont Milpitas

"We spent two nights here, checking in very late and receiving a warm welcome from the front desk staff. However, when it was time to check out, Laura at the front desk denied our request for a late checkout without hesitation, citing full bookings. Despite understanding their situation, I was disappointed to have to vacate my room 30 minutes early. Moreover, the keys stopped working immediately, and Laura's rude facial expressions made matters worse when I needed access to the laundry area. She provided a series of unhelpful excuses, first claiming no access after 12 pm, then changing it to 11 am. Frustrated, I ended up removing my clothes without properly washing them. To top it off, there was no assistance with luggage or addressing the strong smell in the elevator and lobby areas."

"It's so new and so clean and spacious. I love the shower, its door does not leak water outside! Friendly staff. It's located in a very convenient location with two plazas nearby, and many good restaurants inside. But the hotel doesn't offer breakfast."

"The room itself was great. The issue was there was no hot water. When I checked in I was told it would be fixed the next day. It was worse the next day and there never was any hot water for the visit. After viewing the reviews the loss of hot water doesn't seem to be a new thing. It's a shame because when in town for work it's close but not sure I'd be willing to spend $500.00 and not have hot water."

"Rooms are clean. Staff is nice. Food is wildly overpriced for what you get. The chicken Caesar salad was about the size of my hand. I could have ate 4 orders. Wasn’t anything special. My 3 year old could have made better. And it was over $18 after tip. I ordered it to take back to my room."

"The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. As a parent traveling with 3 years old twins, there is no drawers in the room to unpack their clothes. There is not bath tub to bath them. Also, the parking lot has spaces reserved by the door for electric cars but not for a family car. We traveled to California from Pennsylvania, obviously we are not driving a Tesla but a large rental family car from Enterprise. We have to park far and drag the luggage and the kids through the parking lot while these single guests park their Tesla by the door. Not thought out carefully I guess? Or this is just a California thing?"
