"Deserves less than a star, just call to make an appointment with them and the receptionist was very rude with no manners at all hang up on me by saying “we don’t have a doctor at the moment”…. I wanted to call back and say so many things to that person but I’ll rather write a bad review on them."

"I brought my daughter here for 13years. 11 of those she was with Dr. Mackey. When he left she was older and didn't actually see Dr. Kwazman who is nice for sure. However, Dr. Mackey cared about educating the parent & with my new baby I was told to fully vaccinate or they would no longer see us. This is my problem, no conversation, no let's provide information and maybe find the best path. My heart was so sad, my daughter absolutely adored the nurses and Dr. Mackey. Also WE FOUND DR. MACKEY AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CHANGE OVER TO HIM. I wish we could have stayed, I'm disappointed to be so easily discarded after 13yrs but realize this is the world we now live in. -Sincerely Shannon, Haley, and Summer"

"If you choose to take a different vaccine path than what the CDC recommends… they will be SO rude to you and tell you that you’re not welcome back. We believe in vaccines… just taking a spaced out approach…. Everyone from the front desk to each medical personnel we came in contact with was cold, short… and irritated with us. Definitely don’t go here if you want any say in your child’s health…"

"I can’t say enough good things about this practice my husband and I have been going here since we were born and now we are taking our children here and the true care this staff has for our children's health and well-being is unmeasurable. The whole staff has always been so kind and helpful in the simple appointment for check ups but most importantly for those hard moments that you need true doctors guidance And Dr.Kwasman gives you exactly that. Roberta and Dr.Kwasman are The absolute best doctor duo a mom heart could ask for. If your looking for a pediatrician for your children this is your place!"

"Once Dr. Mackey retired the practice went down hill quickly. Office manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. Was not taking Covid seriously (rarely had her mask on and when she did it was not on correctly). Would also regularly have loud obnoxious personal calls in ear shot of patients. She made it so difficult to take our children there that we had to go some where else. When the issues we were having with her were brought up to the Dr she started crying and claimed to not know anything. Would have preferred to keep taking the kids there but in the end we had to go somewhere else. Please do more research before taking your kids there other people on Facebook as well as other sites have also noted similar issues."
