"I received a consultation for cool sculpting for my chin. The ideal image employee stated I needed 3 areas cool sculpted 3 times. I set up the personal loan for it based on the consultation I had. I went into the office for my first appointment, and there, the employee said I only needed one area cool sculpted one time. So i had taken out this roughly $4,000 loan when I only needed about $1,000. So there was no way to get a refund and I was forced to choose another area of treatment. I chose laser hair removal and was told I would be able to get a refund of about $500 when I had completed my laser hair removal treatment because that is what would be left over. I never got anything in writing which was a mistake because I never got my refund and was forced to continue treatment I didn’t want. It was also treatment my doctor recommended I didn’t to. I was seeing a dermatologist and he was putting me on topical cream for acne that he wrote me a letter that states he does not think I should use the cream and do laser hair removal at the same time. Ideal image stated I had to choose a different treatment because they couldn’t give me a refund. I never leave bad reviews but I could not dislike a company more than this one and I have zero respect for it. From the first consultation they have been taking advantage of me and my money and say “it’s our policy, I’m sorry we can’t do anything to help you”. Awful company"

"It is incredibly difficult to schedule appointments. I have had multiple sessions rescheduled within 24 hours of my appointment due to sudden unavailable staff members. I have almost come to the end of my “membership” and I still do not have the desired results from my treatments. For the cost of this service, I would expect a more reliable schedule and accountability."

"I visited a different location prior for services prior but this was my first visit at the Brookfield location. My experience was great!! They helped me out with scheduling my appointment around my work schedule and the nurse was so beyond kind. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She was great during the treatment session."
