"Sadly this place has gone down hill. I really love my manicurist and will miss her but aside from the actual service I receive, I feel I get a better overall experience from a strip mall… no more personalization; you can’t even do a personal check-in anymore, yet must use that stupid iPad at the front is a that is a Petri dish of germs. Sad how, what was once THE BEST dayspa in the area, has now become a disappointing destination."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 weeks ago, my mom and I went and got our nails done with our gift cards. We were there for 3 hours only to have my nail tech cut me 7 times and my blood was on her file and my mom’s nails to chip and peel not even 24 hours later. My mom called on Monday to talk to someone and get them fixed but no one answered the phone. She called several times but the automated message did not give her an option to speak to someone. So she drove back to the salon to see if she could get them fixed right away or hopefully a refund for the poor service. Also we don’t even live on the side of town so it was out of our way. When she got to the salon there were 2 people at the desk, my mom said that she was calling several times and one of the receptionists shrugged at her (an older lady) Which is severely unprofessional. My mom then said she wanted them fixed and the receptionist said she could come back Wednesday at 5 o clock and she said I’m not doing that I don’t live on this side of town and the receptionist said I can’t help you. I called the salon and the receptionist gave me an email for customer service. No one has answered. We will never come back to this place, ever."

"This was a wonderful experience for me from the beginning to the end. Susan is warm and friendly. She gives a very thoughtful massage, focusing on problem areas and checking on my comfort throughout the entire process. The environment is relaxing, warm and quiet, even though it is situated in a Spa/Salon. I always leave feeling de-stressed and relaxed, but never sore. I highly recommend Susan to anyone that wants any kind of massage!"
