"Exceptional experience with a talented group. The staff is friendly, organized and efficient. They are helpful over the phone and in person and use an online resource for payments and onboarding which was very easy. We saw Maria Ambrosini over 3 visits for an extreme Planters Wart on the bottom of my daughter's foot that other doctors had not be able to treat. Maria was wonderful; she knew how to treat it and also managed our expectations about the process. I would highly recommend this whole team to anyone in need of this type of care."

"Completely destroyed my skin. Pediatric dermatology was recommended to my mom by my primary care doctor. It is incredibly difficult to be able to schedule an appointment, nor do the nurses care about your skin. I had relatively okay skin before coming to this office. I was prescribed benzyl peroxide which irritated my skin so much so that I could not put water on my face without it burning days after. I explained this to the nurses and they told me to continue using it- I refused and requested a different treatment. I was then giving YAZ oral medication which has completely destroyed my skin. I stopped taking that and switched dermatologists."

"I would not recommend this place, whatsoever. Especially if your child is suffering from eczema. Don't go here if you're expecting a doctor/dermatologist, because they during first visit here they placed me with a nurse practitioner. Every time you call their office, don't expect them to pick up the phone either. You always have to leave a message and get a call back whenever it's convenient for them and not always convenient for you. They do a generalized care plan and do not cater do the individual. They already have a print out sheet ready of information I have already found on Google. Most parents with kids with eczema already know not to use detergents or creams with fragrances and dyes. Their little work sheet on explained to use Vanicream moisturizer and All brand detergent with a prescription to steroid creams. I requested for a blood lab allergy panel. After talking to my pharmacist friends, the steroids they prescribed is TERRIBLE! No wonder it irritated my sons skin even MORE than before! When I called to tell them the steroids irritated my sons skin, they told me to continue it. My sons skin has gotten better since we stopped using it. Needless to say I'm going to find a more effective and more compassionate office with a better front office staff. I've worked at a doctors office before, and I don't know why they can't pick up a phone call for the life of them."

"We had a great experience with Dr. Metz and the team at Ped.Derm of Orange County. The front office staff was incredibly professional, yet sensitive to my daughter who was very nervous for her appt. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. We will definitely be going back and I will recommend them to friends and family."
