"This place is near where I live so I've wound up here a number of times, always looking for something very specific in a pinch, and they've always had it! I'm always impressed at the variety stocked here as well. It seems the owner really tries to carry a little bit of everything in case you're in need of things like batteries or packaging tape. The owner himself has always been nothing but pleasant and kind. For those saying prices are high or variety is low- it's a convenience/corner store! Convenience comes at a price, but even then it's right on par with other gas station or convenience store prices. I will continue to make this my first stop when in need of sundries!"

"Always very friendly. Their homemade food specials are very good too. Super convenient from my place. Doesnt seem to take holidays off, which is great for me. I has even short(only 35 cents) once, and he said no worries! Can't really complain about a store that does that"

"Very overpriced! They literally sell great-value brand milk and other products from wal-mart, and just mark it way up. If you live close to the store, and are a student and don't have a car, sure i get going here. But for me the few times i have shopped here, i always feel like an idiot because of how expensive it is. Also, because they get some of their products, like milk, from other larger chain retailers, it's not going to be as fresh or keep for very long. The last time i went in i picked up a gallon on milk n then noticed where it was from, how much they had marked it up, and that it expired in less than a week, i put it back. When i went to checkout, the older guy who i assume must be the shop owner barks at me and says "why? you no like the milk?" and looks at me funny and kinda laughs. So i explain to him that it's too much and not fresh and that i can walk to cap centre and get a much better deal. Poor service, overpriced goods, limited selection and stock. I'm not impressed."
