"THIS COMPANY PERPETRATES FRAUD. I applied at the Highlands of Marin, a 1UDR managed apartment in San Rafael and put down the $400 holding deposit and the application fee. Within 5 minutes I was rejected from being able to move in and they promised to return my holding deposit within 2 weeks. I have had multiple email communications and phone calls with them and have received nothing but a belligerent attitude. it is now more than 90 days since I applied. And they have not refunded my money. They are a fraudulent company. Be warned."

I live in 5421 at Dublin Station in Dublin CA And they building will make me do the mistakes of my life We have homeless sleeping every night in our building. The gate never close no security. In the building the aprtment, finishing our socks. The one only good thing they can do. It’s to put a nice lady in the leasing office It’s many other problem that never gets solved and when I try to email customer service, they never called you back and they never answer when you try to call the office they can’t help you so this show how bad customer service they have"
