"Been here for almost a month, so this is a very initial experience. Jackie has been amazing and you can tell she loves the community. So far, I've experienced 1 hot water issue and 1 water shutoff, but they were informed early on with a timeline, so I planned around it. I do appreciate that all public areas are cleaned daily, which keeps the community really clean."

"I have been risiding here over five years. PRO: friendly staff, quick respond to maintenance needs, quiet community (mostly), pet friendly. CON; Weekly water shut off, building doors propped open, stolen packages, only cameras are not for residence protection but to track trash (literally). Apartment is monitoring who is dumping trash and fines are issued. So now tenants are leaving trash in the hallways."

"Special mention goes to Ms. Jackie Morales (I hope I didn’t made a mistake on the last name) she is the only Jackie in the office, she is very professional and gives each and every residents her special attention to whatever apartment concerns all of us have. In my personal judgement she impresses me as such. She had spearheaded excellent changes in driver delivery/packaging policies and thus eliminated theft on the premises. I won’t hesitate to ask her for any help or questions if ever I need it. As of this writing she is doing a hands on inspection of the water pipes in the garage with a plumber/contractor. She is an asset to us all……..I’m happy I have a food over my head! To complainers! You’re more than welcome to leave…..everything takes time."

"I pay a higher amount than I would pay in other condominiums that are much better to run out of water frequently, I've been living there for a year and I've never been able to use the pool that is under renovation and is never ready, the gym has practically no equipment and the one that has it is broken and to make matters worse we often run out of hot water. I do not recommend you to live here! NOTE: I forgot to mention the frequent theft of packages and it has happened that they enter the parking lot to steal, leaving a great feeling of insecurity."
