"Raquel and LeBourah are rude as hell. They continually loose paperwork and ask potential residents to bring in duplicate copies of documents continuously. Raquel gave an immediate attitude to me when I was calling to diffuse a situation and she told me to “Tone it down a notch. Beyond unprofessional. We will never feel the need to work with any housing for an apartment that people complain about continuously as residents anyway. Some people take a little bit of power and run with it. Not today. This will be reported to higher up."
