"Hella roaches, the apartment prices change by the day so if you apply @1600 then by the time you’re approved it could be 1800. Even if it’s the next day. The apartments are damaged and maintenance ( nice people, very nice) don’t take care of requests properly. I’d look at other apartments before moving In here. Again. ROACHES. So many. Roaches. Even with the cleanest apartment."

"Absolutely love the maintenance team here (including their emergency maintenance team), the water tank to my unit was malfunctioning and I had no hot water, they immediately took care of the issue and took the time to explain to me what the issues even was. They were very understanding and patient about the situation. Also, can’t remember the front desk lady name but she is an absolute sweetheart anytime I have an issue come up (which isn’t often)"

"Here at the Renaissance you can expect great scenery, excellent maintenance, and nothing but clean outdoor areas. I’ve lived here for 2 years and every time I had a question or needed maintenance on anything they were at my door the next morning. Not only are they efficient but all the staff members are very polite. The prices are very reasonable for the area and you can’t beat the location as there’s nearly everything nearby. It seems to be a friendly place to raise your kids but also quiet enough so you never have to hear about the noise. I’ve never had any problems living here and I doubt that will change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
