"3 years here. The rent was cheap but the management was fickle. Hours posted are usually not accurate. The laundry rooms were disgusting. These mops were biohazards. The place is old, but there are hundreds of layers of paint on the walls and they’re… dripping? Lots of heavy drips of paint everywhere on the walls. Certain buildings (multiple) had never-ending roach infestations with no true accommodations or solutions. The place is not thoroughly cleaned when you first move in. My dishwasher was not usable as it would throw brown chunks onto the dishes."

"Adrian is on top of things, doesn't waste time when something needs repair. Great size units. Lots of children playing outdoors which I love, the children are safe. Have been here 4 months, no complaints."

"horrible care tons of construction on the buildings all the time never sleep in kids always running around screaming " I slit your throat" .... not even kidding. manger dosent seem to want to do anything other than sit on his ass and act like he is doing something. Other than the 1000sqft its a total sh** show here i will NEVER recommend this place till a new REAL manger works here .... Stay away if you can this place was good for a month now i cant wait to leave ....."

"My husband and I were tenants that lived at Gold Crossing Apartments with our children for a little over 2 years. We were struggling a bit and needed to find a temporary place to live that was affordable, flexible and a fit for our family. After looking at neighboring complexes, Gold Crossing was, in our opinion, the nicest in the neighborhood. Adrian and his staff have always been polite and courteous to our family. You will always see him and other staff members walking around the community ensuring that rules are being followed and that the property is kept in it's best condition. There is always an event going on of some sort that they host like costume contests, pizza parties, etc. They have a nice pool and it's very big. It's always clean and well maintained. The apartment complex is older but the apartments are pretty large and the rooms really are oversized. The front room fit our full sectional couch with a wedge! There are a lot of families that live here and many have been there for years. We like to keep to ourselves, but I generally found everyone to be friendly and I liked my neighbors. Over our 2 year stay, we were able to save more and recently moved into a bigger home. There were a few neighbors that were inconsiderate and the like from time to time but we have never had any real problems with the neighbors. That happens in any community. Management was always kind and respectful, both to our requests, and of theirs. They have consistently tried to maintain a clean environment and a family friendly community, and they did a great job. Thank you for having us and I absolutely recommend this place for the price and it's community."
