"I had a pretty bad experience living here. Any “repairs” were very cheaply done, the street is extremely loud, lots of homeless passing out on the facility grounds and going through trash. I left the studio SPOTLESS, honestly 10x better than i received it, and now I can’t receive my deposit, or anything in response to my emails about this. On top of everything there is zero guest spots, and people would steal my reserved spot often, leaving me walking down a street that wasn’t safe by myself weekly. As a woman, especially one living alone, i would recommend looking elsewhere. Edited to add: there was also a nasty cockroach infestation for over a year."
