The manager is amazing, friendly, honest, and fair and maintenance is always so fast and on point. You're never left waiting and wondering. This has been the case since moving in to the complex. You really can't get better than this in Carmichael!"

I’ve lived at other complexes and can tell you they take immense pride in the community. It is the quietest place I’ve lived and gated tucked back from the street. It’s great to be able to walk out front to Lido’s Cafe and is nice just to walk around the community."

"I lived here from 2016-2019 and I LOVED this apartment complex. I only moved out because my boyfriend and I were getting a house. So quiet and hidden. Never had issues with people or bugs. Maintenance was always quick to come if anything was wrong. My only gripe might be the bathroom had sliding doors on the tub and there was only a fan with no window, so air circulation was an issue. BUT the closets were LARGE and had our own washer and dryer! Gate worked 99% of the time so we always felt very secure. Becky was always AMAZING in the office and so friendly. If I didn't get a house I would definitely still be living there! Lido Cafe in front of the complex is a great place for breakfast! Sure do miss it!"

"Currently living at Heritage Oaks, I've been here for 5 years. This complex is managed very professionally, maintenance issues are handled quickly and competently by an onsite maintenance person. It's quiet and the lovely grounds and landscaping, surrounded by beautiful heritage oaks, make for enjoyable walks. Great neighbors!"
