"The place is horrid. They keep your deposit money by using quotes from places they never actually reached out to. I called all places and none had ever even got a call about my apartment. they will ruin your credit even though they are criminals. Elia is nice at first but in the end, this place will destroy you and your credit if you decide to leave cause of inhabitable conditions. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I RENTED HERE!!!! ALSO ROACHES MAKE THEMSELVES AT HOME... ON YOUR BRAND NEW BED AND SHEETS!!!!"

"My apartment is currently flooding and the afterhours number is an out of service metro line. I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I filed an insurance claim and will be breaking my lease. Ended up breaking my lease due to roaches and other issues. Complex raised the rent after we moved to 1800. Stay far away"

"I would leave zero stars is possible. Don't make the same mistake I did, spend the extra couple or few hundred a month and get a place that wont bring you constant stress. This is the most unethical, sleezy, and terrible management I have ever even heard of. What a nightmare. I won't go into details being you can find them in just about every review on this subject. Please, think twice about renting from this crime shack, no matter how broke you think you are. Whatever the worst you can imagine is, 3X that and maybe, just maybe, you might end up in the realm of where this management and apartment complex is."

"I left the apartment in the same condition as I moved in almost 4 years earlier. My balcony was rotting the last two years and 6 months before I moved they were boarded up with plywood. I not only didn’t get any of my $800 deposit back but was charged an additional $360 to replace the linoleum and claimed wall damage. I took videos and pictures to prove otherwise but was unable to take to small claims as the property is owned by a corporation and 3 other individuals living in San Francisco and they all need to be served. Besides being run down and a rip off, cops were constantly there for the tenants"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. When we moved in the apartment was dirty and it had dead roaches all over the place. We lived there for two years and nine months. During this time a pipe broke in the sealing. The water dripped all over the place damaging the walls, carpet, and ceiling. The walls were diry when we moved in. The refrigerator gasket was all messed up and they never replaced it even though we put in a service order for it. The paint they use on their counter seems to get dirty SUPER easily. The carpet had some holes when we moved in. The dish washer was extremely dirty. Some of the corners of the walls were repaired from the previous tenants but the repairs were poorly done. This place is really horrible. They will charge for the stupidest things and you will not get your deposite back. I would NEVER recomend this palace to anyone. Worst place I’ve ever lived at."
