"ADA requires a 32 inch doorway for bathrooms and less than 2% slope for walkways. They don't abide. This property doesn't even have handicapped parking. Not accessible :("
"I had a really great experience with this apartment complex. Nory and Mike were so nice and always helped me when I needed something. I was worried about parking initially but there was always plenty of parking in the street (also each apartment has one assigned parking spot). There was a lot of mosquitos in the summer otherwise pretty bug free. Hope to come back to this apartment complex sometime in the future :)"
"Place is nice yet pricy for its size, most of the people are friendly;(some stupidly paranoid and rude, also hypocritical), pool is clean and fresh while also cold in the summer, and the staff (although not there most of the time) will basically bend over backwards to help you. That said, there are limits... The walls are thin and any noise your neighbors make can be heard over any TV surround sound system, especially doors being shut. I could hear and feel whenever my neighbors moved around their own apartment. Sad, but true. Try not to image the bedrooms... (Choose wisely who goes where and what they can tolerate). Parking is a mess and a pain with spaces small, not ment for SUVs, and sadly the towing company the staff partners with doesn't patrol and doesn't come out to tow on site like their rules say they should for violaters. I'm 100% sure everyone living their has more than 3 vehicles, with 2 broken on the property at any given time (which is against the rules: no more than 2 functioning cars at one time [even with no room for it] ). People will park in the red zones, in your space and other places not ment for a 2 ton vehicle if they think they can get away with it (they always will). And P.D./Fire Department hardly bats and eye to the staff for it, even as a safety issue. Although this next one is on the parents, kids will play in the street and are not easily visible, so you may be spooked into slamming your brakes to avoid hitting them (even with the rules stating the children can't play in the street). Though it's mentionedin the listings, the pace is old and thus things tend to break. One example is the roof, where rain leaked into the apartment and damaged the wall and its paint. Oddly enough, their new air conditioners will also leak inside the apartment if clogged, although I'm still confused on how that works for just water (call maintanence, they'll fix it quick). In conclustion; it's a good place to live if you want to be close to most of your favorite places to shop or eat and a good school zone that's not too busy. You will have to learn to ignore your neighbors noises. Check things once a week to make sure nothing's spilling or leaking, or clogged, and report it ASAP. Don't be afraid to be the "bad guy" if rules NEED enforcement, call maintancence or 311 police (if you do so enough times, management will crack down on the violaters). Careful when stepping into pool, metal railing is super hot all the time. Say hi to Nory (or current manager) whenever you got time, she's amazing. P.S: You Will Not Get Your Deposit Back, No Matter How Clean You Are! If Anything, You Will Be Charged For Cleaning And Replacement Of Anything In The Place."
"Disgusting. Don't move here. Filthy tenants, filthy management. Bugs galore. This place should be condemned."
"I literally just moved out of this roach Pad. I had to replace all of my furniture due to roach infestation. People let their children run around unsupervised constantly. Do drugs in the stair well and out in the so called courtyard. Sex offenders living Everett which i wasn't informed of or cautioned about megans law. I lived here for 6 months. the closed the laundry room and the pool for 5 of those. it's dirty it's disgusting and its full of bugs. i agreed to move in at 650 a month on a month to month basis and two weeks later after they fired the manager I rented from the management company changed my rental agreement to a 6 month lease at 675 month and basically told me to screw myself on it. I didn't even see an apartment in till after I sign the lease only because I was in a hurry to move in. and she did not do a walk through checklist with me everything about this place screens slumlord and honestly health inspectors should shut it down. I moved just maybe a mile down the road for the same exact price for 250 extra square feet in a much better community."
