Amberwood Apartments

"As a building alone it is nice fair priced especially for in unit laundry hard to beat, counter space is AMAZING in the kitchen, bathroom is good as well for the sqft. Microwave built it.(last 2 complexes I lived at didn't) Has a fireplace,I personally don't use it be the aesthetic is nice. Although it has become extremely noisy, with no tenant living on the complex, it's pretty loud at all times of kids screaming, people arguing, if you have classes odds are your mic will pic it up through the walls. If it was calmer at night i wouldn't care as much but it's being woken up constantly at 12am multiple nights from either yelling/screaming, or stomping(not walking) I've lived at other complexes, never has it been this loud or pounding on walls near me. Once again the builds itself is a nice but currently a goodnight sleep is a thing of the past."

"After being given a tour of one of their apartments by Erika, that we were told would be available within the week, my sister and I decided to apply. Then the next day we get a phone call saying that they actually don't have anything available, and that we payed $68 in application fees on an apartment that they didn't even have available . We were told that they would see what they can do about giving us a refund, but haven't heard back about it in over a week. The apartments are not anything special, but we have been looking for over three months and were looking forward to finally being able to move, and ended up just getting ripped off."
