"If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I lived at lone oak apartments for 9 months . Aug 1, 2020- May 16th 2021. The manager at the time , Mary, did a walk through the day after I moved and I was told that I would be receiving the whole deposit back . With that, my mom , who was my co-signer received an email from Mary saying she sent the deposit off and to call these people that were supposedly in charge of getting the money to her. The number she gave was wrong , no one ever answers the phone . It’s been 3 months and we have yet to receive the deposit. Also, the shared washer and dryer area has cameras that by no means work so they serve no purpose. I was washing my clothes and once they were finished I put them in the dryer. I left and went back to my unit until my clothes were done drying.When I came back to collect my things, I see all my clothes thrown out onto the floor and someone else’s clothes were put into the dryer. Not only that, I noticed a few of my things were missing so whoever threw my stuff out also stole some of my clothing. So residents as well as the manager have no respect or common courtesy for others. For future renters, if you like to be scammed by all means go there, but if not I suggest you look elsewhere."

"AFTER NINE YEARS OF LIVING AT LONE OAK APARTMENT JIM CAPLIS OWNER OF THE COMPLEX GAVE A 60 DAY TERMINATION. I ASK WHY BECAUSE I WAS NEVER LATE WITH THE RENT IT'S THE MIDDLE OF CHRISTMAS AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE. THE SAME HAPPENED TO MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR,HE PUT HER AT THE STREET WITH HER FOUR CHILDREN. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LEASE AMD HE FEELS LIKE PUTTING YOU OUT HE WILL. DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE AS HE APPEARS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING HERE AS YOU NEVER KNOW."
