"The hardwood floors area great. The fireplace is great. The community center next door makes a ton of noise and thier roof top ac is constantly squeeling at all hours of the night. I don't recommend living along the gate. My car was also broke into and it was parked on the H st side. On numerous occasions I go to take the trash out back and there's someone rifling through the garbage. I would not recommend these apartments. Besides the speedy maintenanc and see kind on-site management, the 1600/mo. Nielsen Properties charges for a narrow halled two bedroom apartment is absolutely egregious."
