"Extremely run down and in much much need of an update. Room keys didn’t work the first time, had to walk all the way back to front desk. Balconies are kinda cool but don’t make up for all the other shortcomings. The bathroom door hits the toilet as soon as you open it. The shower head is only high enough for someone 5’ or under to comfortably use. Lots and lots of strange smells. You feel like you could walk out and find the wheels stolen from your car the next morning. Overall don’t expect much of anything from this place"
"Hotel was in disrepair. No one told at us before check in that the phone and heat in the room did not work. Otherwise we would not have checked in. Service was not good, no answer when calling the front desk (using our cellphone), when we walked down to the front desk the clerk said they would bring up a extra blanket but no one did. We left after one chilly night and found a better hotel."
"Old & outdated. Hard to tell if it's dirty or just extremely used & dingy looking from age. The carpet is not good. It was quiet and the balcony is a definite plus. However it backs up to a somewhat questionable trailer park."
"I have been staying at the Ramada Inn located on Auburn Blvd in Sacramento CA and I can't tell you guys enough about how GREAT this hotel is! First they allow early check in! And I don't mean like 2pm, I mean they have let us check in as early as 11am! No hotel ever let's you get an check in as early as that. The hotel is clean and it stays that way. I am constantly seeing the house keepers and maintenance people around this place constantly. They offer some of the best amenities; complementary breakfast, huge clear pool, laundry on site, business center, and a snack shop in the lobby. The rooms are always clean and they also have Balconies!!! Eloisa is so wonderful! All of the staff is great, but Eloisa is on top of things! And she is the nicest front desk person I have meet in a very long time and makes sure that you have everything you need. I will always come back here when I need to ask long as they have the availability."
