"We love our apartment here at Terracina at Springlake, it’s so spacious and beautiful! I love where my unit is located, I feel like I have the best apartment in the whole complex! Great community to be apart of. Shout out to Sherida and Justin in the leasing office! It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, only complaint that has nothing to do with the actual property is how fast people drive down Farmers Central Rd & Miekle Ave! It’s absolutely insane! Woodland PD should patrol this area a lot more in regard to drivers speeding through this neighborhood."

"I had a wonderful experience living here for the past 4 years. The apartment complex is maintained well by the staff and has a nice, spacious feel with high ceilings. I also love how the stove is gas because I like to cook a lot of different foods. The location is in a newer part of Woodland so the vibe is really clean and nice there. Shout out to Sherida and Justin who are the main two front office staff. They are really good people who are there to help you out and make your life easier. They are kind, understanding, and are great at taking care of any problems that may arise. They took really good care of my mother and I and we truly appreciate their hard work. The maintenance workers are also very good at what they do. They are always very polite and take care of my repairs in a timely manner. I also enjoyed all of my neighbors there. I love the diversity of the complex and everyone I’ve gotten close with there are all great people. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Especially if you are new to Woodland. The staff there is wonderful, location is great, and there is also a lovely plaza that is close by that is very new and clean!"
