"Racist management, first I got confirmation I got a apartment, one of the employees stole my money and left, the apartment said they could make it right by saving me a spot, 3 months go by and I finally bug them to the point where they had a one bedroom, then they tried to make me go through qualification process again just to tell me I don’t qualify, on top of that when I try to explain the situation in detail to them, they laugh in my face, management is extremely unprofessional and they are constantly going through new employees, save yourself some time and money"

"Rpk Development and woodmark apartments was unpleasant, I rented for 3 year in one of there california properties never had any issues but the accessive mold they never fixed, my neighbors been apart of woodmark aparments for 15 years she elderly and sick from the mold they haven't offered her money to move or for her health bills or even to stop her rent until they fix the problem they also like to do Retaliation Harrassment which is illegal in the state of California. I reported my mold to code inforcement and RPK site manager Debbie as well as the property Brittany Bobineaux tried to evict me and 3 other on the same thing, saying I'm a nuisance for reporting the problem that there were refusing to fix for over 15 apartments. They went as far as adding restraining orders. When there was no harm or Harrassment done. Brittany also has a fear of people and will place a false restraining order on you for simply knock on the door in the office to talk about a letter she put on your door yet rpk doesn't pick up on the fact that if a property manager can't deal with Normal human interaction she should be able to work or live there. This will be there 2nd small claims lawsuit this year I would NOT recommend the company or any company or property who works with them."

"Lived there 7 years. Was gone for 3 days and maintenance went in and stole all my furniture and I mean EVERYTHING .....,Staff is incompetent. Complete idiots. The rent skyrocketed and this was supposed to be for low income families. Rent increase caused me to have to move out of state. I would not move here. DON’T DO IT!!!! They will rip you off and theres no good security. Police are there all the time. Shootings and fires. Too much for me."

"I’ve lived here a little over a year. It’s quiet and neighbors are nice. Management is a different story. Since I’ve lived here there has been 3 different managers, rent constanly goes up, it takes long periods of time for things to get fixed when needed. My floor started peeling, gave them a call and took them good 8 months to repair by the time someone came to look at it, it spread so much they had to put new floor in. Not to mention my son broke his toe due to the chair falling on his toe because of how bad the floor was. Now that the new floor is in. Work was not done correctly (have two types of floor) and after 1 month no one has came out to look at it or repair. As a single mom it’s difficult to just get up and move but when I have the opportunity I will. It is not what I thought it would be and truly don’t recommend anyone to deal with this."

"Management at Woodmark Apartments is discriminant and an insult to equality and fair housing. I would recommend proper Management. The Woodmark Apartments located in Woodland California is an insult to the fair housing and equality that we are promised when we moved here. Anytime you hear management referred to another Resident as a vulgar name lets you know that you're in trouble unless you have documentation to prove and back it up such as video footage. My personal opinion is that a number of humanitarian law and orders are being broken by this management. To me it seems if the higher archy does not care. To me it seems as if the investors of these properties don't care. Lord forbid her from evicting me because I'm speaking the truth on my Google Plus account in Jesus name amen. I have asked the office more than 3 times less than 10 to fix the stairs that go up to my unit."
