"For an older hotel this place was very nice. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The grounds were immaculate with BBQ grills available for use!"

"Thermostat heater is not working and super flaky. Had to use my own space heater in room. Fridge is just for decoration as it doesn’t operate at all, it was connected. My food went bad and drinks would have been better off left outside in car. Seeking refund or partial refund. Don’t stay in room 210"

"2/8/24 After driving from Portland Oregon to Woodland Ca in one day was tiring and couldn’t wait to get to the room to rest arrived around 930pm staff at the front desk was very nice we turned on the heater in the room working good until middle of the night it started making a loud noise we turned off and back on the temps outside was in the 30’s so didn’t get any sleep at all it was cold and very late and super tired that was room 255. Shower also had some hairs on wall and on shower curtain. Bed is on a medal frame so it did make noise every time we moved. Couldn’t wait to get up and start our way home around 545 I did mention to the girls at the front desk and also showed them a video of the noise and said they would put a ticket in to get room fixed that’s all that was said. I have been to many best westerns and time was a bit disappointed last thing the EV charger is very very very slow"

"This was the best experience that my family has had in any hotel! Everything was great!! The room was beautiful had a microwave, fridge and a pull out for our little one. Everything was clean the bed was very comfortable and so we're the pillows! The only complaint I have is 2 things. 1. My bath tub was so full of hair that it wouldn't drain so I couldn't take a shower after a long drive which sucked. 2. In the morning while getting breakfast a transient came in and instead of giving woman grace the man and woman made a huge deal about it screams " You can't be in here!!" I personally wouldn't have even noticed anything was going on if it weren't for the employees Making a big deal out of her presence. I understand you are a business and have to make money I get it but there's a way of doing thing's and that was not it!! Anyway everything else was great and so was the breakfast but who can eat knowing there is someone starving outside?"

"Nice clean and comfortable rooms. We had a small couch, easy chair and coffee table in the room besides the regular furniture. The room was big and clean. Nice breakfast, typical Best Western but filling so we didn’t have to go out to eat. Convenient location to freeway and center of town."
