Autumn Run Apartments

"I want to like this place I really do. We've only been here half a year though and we've had problems with our a.c. twice, our shower drain was clogged with some big piece of plastic when we moved in which we removed ourselves, our garbage disposal has stopped working twice, had a problem with our toilet and had a leak in our kitchen which got ignored until it became an emergency then they left us with a tore up floor for weeks nobody would call us back like they'd say or things would take longer than expected. The employees are nice but we made an appointment for maintenance to come fix something & waited all day and they forgot to come. Wasn't the first time they forgot about us either. Also my neighbors are extremely loud. I've talked to management a couple times and they still play their music so loud I could hear it over the sound of my vacuum..on the opposite side of the apartment. Kind of crazy. I like the girls in the office though and again the other employees are nice but it's been problem after problem unfortunately."

"Good in location: school, shopping center and bus nearby. Too expensive apartment and very slow in service."

"This place is overall very safe even though I lost my bycicle here it’s not the apartments fault. The kitchen is one of the best places of this apartment the other rooms are very nice too if anyone is looking at this review I highly recommend getting a apartment on this place it’s right next to the freeway, Walmart, and many other hood places with it being the closest to a middle school and a elementary school. I love this place and overall I give it a full score of 10/10."

"Management is always very pleasant. Work orders are always completed same day or next day. My apartment is all new and clean when I moved in. Located close to shopping and freeways."

"Parking is a bit of an issue but they've kept up on maintenance all the time. Replaced our a/c when it broke and we got roaches and they brought in a fumigation crew and got rid of them. I lived here for 5 years now and still am. Rent is pretty expensive but I honestly enjoy it here a lot. I was reading the other reviews and they don't do it justice for how it actually is. It's a nice place to live."
