California Paddle Board Tours

"Paid $60 almost $70 for 3 people to paddle board for 1 hour. The instructor didn’t help us get the paddle boards in the water the lady who escorted us to the deck did all the work. We then asked the instructor if we could store a couple things on land her answer was “you have to take everything you are carrying with you”. There was no view, the paddle boards were mediocre at best. When we arrived with our paddle boards she was busy on the phone. A few minutes later she decides to help until the people with jet skis arrived. She asked us to put all the boards away ourselves. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t so hard to line the board up on the deck correctly. Instead of assisting us once she had all the jet skis on deck she decided to talk with them. They picked up the things they were allowed to leave, not us because we didn’t pay $50 for the hour. Awful service, understaffed, lame paddle boards. Search somewhere else for a paddle board rental."

"We arrived at this location and asked about paddleboard rentals and they said that they outsource the company and unfortunately the new girl (very nice btw) didn't have any info on who that was. I called the number on the website and it connected me to the office I was standing in. ??? Basically, we took an uber ride to this spot just to be confused and let down. I have no idea whats going on."

"We had such a great time with CA Paddle Board Tours. This was a brand new experience for us. We initially set out to go kayaking with them, but this looked like fun so we thought we would try it. Our guide was extremely patient with us, as, at first, all we could do was laugh at funny selves trying to balance as we watched one another fall off the boards. With the awesome patience of our guide, we "did" get the hang of it, and once we did, we were off and paddling. The water on the bay was so calm that it really should have started out being much easier than we made it. We had a blast, and will definitely be doing Paddle Boarding with them again. Great experience on the water in beautiful San Diego Bay. We also enjoyed some beautiful sites along the way. If you're ever in the area, I would definitely recommend you try CA Paddle Board Tours. We loved the staff, so kind, and patient, and all had a great sense of humor, laughing "with" us, not at us."
