Imperial Villa Apartments.

"If you want to live intimidated and harassed daily by the manager these are the perfect apartments! She is really rude, loud and does NOT respect any of the Residents. She is very unorganized and very very unprofessional. The only thing she is good at is threatening residents and not giving Water shut off notices. She claims she “owns” these apartments and makes you feel like any problem you have you gotta deal with it. Many of the residents children are scared to even go outside and play because she finds any excuse to get them in trouble. Her Partner has also been seen getting kids in trouble. That is wrong!! Something has to be done about her. She makes us feel harassed, intimidated, discriminated and very Stressed. Anyone, who says otherwise on their review doesn't even live here!! if you did you wouldn't of have given it those 5 stars. The only reason i gave it 1 star is because I had to in order to post it. But it deserves none."

"Rules don't apply to everyone only some that get harrassed. When kids are scared to even play on the property while other people's kids can break rules it's truly sad. Rules should apply to everyone period. Cunning and arrogance is not professional. We miss our maintenance guy he was friendly and never left things half done."

WE HAVE HAD OUR UPS AND DOWNS WITH MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENACE OVER THE YEARS BUT WITH OUR NEW TEAM IT HAS IMPROVED GREATLY! THANK YOU CHRISTINA FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR NEEDS AND THE PROPERTY! YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!"

"This is a great community to call home and appreciate all the hard work that has been going on! There has been some changes in management and new washer and dryers will be install very soon in both laundry facilities and the manager will always be available to help in any situations. I do want to thank you to all the resident's that have been patience during this process."

"I’ve been here for over 10 years and had no problems with them turning off the water for an emergency.. Tonight April 20,2020 I need to get ready for work and we all never got a emergency water shut off notice or courtesy call.. I truly miss our old manager at least she contacted us on a water shut down.."
